Biden has, not only ignored, but also violated the Federal law, and he is ordering ICE officers and Border Patrol Agents to do the same. He clearly has no interest in deporting illegal immigrants, which has migrants taking advantage of the open border. ICE Officers and Border Patrol Agents need permission to deport them, and since it’s taking at least a few months to even get that permission, they are releasing migrants into the U.S., which has caused a tremendous impact on our country, and especially in the state of Texas. It’s all in the name of power and votes for the Democrats. Former Kansas Secretary of State and currently the General Counsel for the Alliance for Free Citizens, Kris Kobach, is the lead attorney in a federal lawsuit on behalf of Texas Sheriffs and ICE officers against the Biden administration, and he joins Mike Slater to discuss Biden’s ongoing border crisis.
