Francisco Oropesa, the illegal alien suspected of murdering 5 people including an 8-year-old boy, has been apprehended by police. Oropesa had been deported numerous times prior to the murders. If our inept government had passed simple immigration reform bill known as Kate’s Law, none of this would have happened.
