By The FirstJoe Biden doubled-down on his magic choo choo train Thursday, telling reporters at the White House he plans to build a railway from the Atlantic Ocean to Africa.
“We’re moving ourselves, having a railway to go all the way across the southern two-thirds, from the Atlantic Ocean to the Indian Ocean in Africa!” said the President.
