White House Admits Biden Officials Met with Disgraced Crypto-King Sam Bankman-Fried

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre confirmed that top Biden officials met with Sam Bankman-Fried multiple times since taking office regarding “pandemic prevention related to Sam Bankman-Fried’s foundation” and “general information on the cryptocurrency industry.”

Sam Bankman-Fried is the former CEO of FTX, a cryptocurrency exchange, who is now in federal custody following the collapse of his financial empire. The 30-year-old Bankman-Fried has been charged with eight counts including wire fraud on customers and lenders and conspiracy, including conspiring to defraud the United States and violate campaign finance laws. He is facing 135 years in prison on fraud and conspiracy charges.

In addition to his work in the crypto field, Bankman-Fried was a donor to the Democratic party and spent a fortune on numerous progressive causes. According to records, Bankman-Fried donated $37 million to mostly Democratic candidates and causes during the 2022 midterms.
