By The FirstJoe Biden bizarrely laughed at reporters Thursday when he was asked about his economic response to Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine; saying sanctions will be worse than “missiles and bullets.”
“If sanctions cannot stop President Putin, what penalty can?” pressed one reporter.
“I didn’t say sanctions couldn’t stop him! The threat of the sanctions and imposing the sanctions are two different things! Now he’s going to see the effects of the sanctions!” claimed Biden.
“He’s going to have to make some very difficult choices!” added the President. “It’s not a bluff it’s on the table.”
