Joe Biden creeped out countless Americans this week when delivered a bizarre statement about a “beautiful little girl” who “gave me a kiss.”

“I handed the pen over to the…child of Sargent First Class…beautiful little girl…She held it looked and gave me a kiss saying, ‘thank you for my daddy,'” explained the President at the White House.
