Steve Deace says that people have replaced their personal faith with a collectivize trust in their government. It has been a slow but gradual process of convincing the populace that freedom of religion and from the government is ultimately bad and that total faith must be placed in the hands of the government. Deace explains that this entire framework of thinking is based solely in communist ideology.
