The eviction moratorium, itself, and the CDC’s economic edict behind it have been deemed unconstitutional by the Supreme Court. It’s not a legislative body, so it has no right or authority to enforce anything like this. This is not the CDC’s job. Aren’t they supposed to be worried about the Coronavirus or Delta variant and mask mandates? Biden acknowledges it, but clearly is just letting it slide, thinking the Marxists are going to get away with it. This isn’t about the Americans. Let’s face it: It’s just one big Marxist land grab. While the Left sits on billions of dollars put aside for this scheme, middle-class property owners who rely on this money to pay for their mortgages are hurting.
