The problem with many black city communities is that they’re completely unfamiliar with the Republican Party, some never having met one. The Right needs to be willing to put in the work and run candidates in areas even if they’re not likely to win in order to plant the seeds. If the Right stops ignoring the black community, it could lead to an impactful new voting block.
