“They’re besieged… I mean, it’s not stopping. It’s like something out of a science fiction movie,” began Biden. “I want to thank each one of you… Excuse me. I was visiting our troops and I had pizza pie with hot peppers on it!”
“Uh, and we must have to continue to scale up that assistance,” he concluded.
