By The FirstJoe Biden continued to confuse millions of Americans this week when he seemingly confused the Title 42 health order at the US-Mexico border with mask mandates on airplanes.
“Are you considering delaying the cancellation of Title 42 at the border?” asked one reporter.
“No. What I’m considering, it to uh… Continuing to hear from, my, uh… First of all, there’s going to be an appeal by the Justice Department… If, in fact, it is strongly concluded by the scientists, that we need it, that we be able to do that,” said Biden.
“Asked about extending Title 42, President Biden first says he’s not considering delaying ending it, then seems to conflate it with Justice Department appealing mask mandate ruling. ‘There has been no decision on extending Title 42.’ CDC announced Title 42 will end in May,” posted CNN’s White House Correspondent.
