WATCH: Ex-Trump Chief of Staff Says Team ‘Warned’ Biden About Impending Border Disaster

Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows spoke with Jesse Kelly Tuesday about the escalating humanitarian disaster taking place along the US-Mexico border; saying his team warned the new administration that their policies would lead to a total disaster.

“Thankfully President Trump ran on this issue. It’s not that the problem got solved, you can never really solve this problem, but it really didn’t make headlines anymore by the end of his presidency. It’s a complete disaster now,” said Kelly.

“How is this going to end?” he asked.

“It’s not going to end well,” said Meadows. “Literally, a policy that we warned the Biden administration that if they did this, this is exactly what they would see. 200,000 people in a month.”

“Donald Trump said he was going to fix this… We did. Yet, when they started talking about their open border approach, it’s almost like inviting someone to a party,” he added.
