The Florida Governor told reporters this week that if “you look at the demand in Florida, part of the reason is people are trying to get the hell out of these dumpster fire states that have just done so poorly…everyone is trying to figure out how to go into Florida.”
According to recent census data reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon, the Florida Governor is correct.
“Americans are fleeing blue states such as California, Illinois, and New York at a rapid clip. Meanwhile, red states such as Florida, Arizona, and Texas have experienced an influx of domestic migration as their populations continue to boom,” WFB reports.
