By The FirstMore footage surfaced on social media this week showing Confused Joe Biden standing by himself in Puerto Rico as officials and the First Lady walk towards a podium.
“I left it here somewhere,” Biden mutters to himself.
The video comes days after the President repeatedly asked to speak with a Congresswoman killed in a car crash last August.
The clip has since gone viral and is now known simply as ‘Where’s Jackie?’.
