By The FirstPresident Biden refused to answer questions from the White House Press Pool Thursday; saying it would be “inappropriate” because of the presence of Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
“Thank you all so very, very much for being here. I’m not going to take any questions because I think it’s inappropriate,” before handing the Supreme Court Justice a personal face mask. “But, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to get me later today.”
Breyer will step-down from the court when the current session ends this summer.
The President has vowed to nominate a “Black Woman” to the highest court in the country.
