Countless Ukrainians defended Kyiv overnight Friday as thousands of Russian soldiers advanced towards the Capital City, many hurling Molotov Cocktails at the “invaders.”
President Zelensky reportedly refused to leave Kyiv, outright rejecting an offer from the United States to help ferry him to safety.
“The fight is here; I need ammunition, not a ride,” Zelensky said, The Associated Press reported.
