In a new ad targeting the corporate media, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis explains the three rules of engagement in Top Gun fashion.
“Good morning ladies and gentlemen, this is your Governor speaking,” DeSantis begins. “Today’s training evolution: dogfighting. Taking on the corporate media.”
“The rules of engagement are as follows: Number one, don’t fire unless fired upon, but when they fire, you fire back with overwhelming force,” DeSantis continues in the ad.
“Number two, never ever back down from a fight,” DeSantis says.
DeSantis then resumes in the ad, saying, “Number three, don’t accept their narrative.”
The ad is jumps back and forth from the Top Gun parody to popular DeSantis confrontations with the press. Watch the new ad below.
