By The FirstFlorida attorney Daniel Uhlfelder, who was accused of unprofessional conduct for dressing like the Grim Reaper on Florida’s public beaches, has made a new attack ad targeting Governor Ron DeSantis. The ad is shot and edited like a movie trailer for something called the “Florever Purge.”
“The ad, based on the movie ‘The Purge,’ opens with a crowd of people flying to Florida on a commercial airplane, watching a warning video of DeSantis condemning “vaccine passports” and promoting individual responsibility. The ad ends with a series of pandemic-related news clips hyping the spread of COVID-19,” the Daily Wire reports.
The ad may not be getting the kind of response Uhlfelder hoped. The National Review’s Charles Cooke tweeted “this is one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen.”
