Joe Biden fumbled his latest response to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine Sunday; telling reporters he was not promoting “regime change” when he called on Vladimir Putin to be removed from power.
“Mr. President, were you calling for regime change?” asked one reporter as Biden returned from his overseas trip.
“No,” insisted the President.
