White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki desperately tried to deflect anger away from the Biden administration Friday as new data shows inflation rising to the highest rate in nearly 40 years.
“What’s the White House’s big picture view on why Americans are so pessimistic about the economy,” asked one reporter.
“People’s psychology on the economy, on how they’re experiencing things in the country right now, is related to Covid,” claimed the Press Secretary.
