Joe was forced to do some damage control Monday, and eagle-eyed viewers spotted Biden’s presidential cheat sheet —answers to questions he knew he’d get regarding the gaffes.
“The cue cards also included a lengthy question regarding NATO and a brief, scripted response from Biden: ‘No. NATO has never been more united,'” Fox News reports.
