By The FirstVice President Kamala Harris faced a growing backlash on social media Friday for promoting the ‘Equality Act for the Protections of LGBTQ+ Americans’ as hundreds of thousands of Russian invaders raced towards the capital of Ukraine.
“Let’s send the Equality Act to President Biden’s desk. We must increase protections for LGBTQ+ Americans across the country. The onslaught of state bills targeting transgender Americans and their families is wrong,” posted Harris on Twitter.
“America: inflation is screwing us, our border is lawless, and there’s a ground war in Europe. Kamala: we need to get men in women’s sports asap,” fired-back Congressman Dan Crenshaw.
