‘MAYBE I’VE HAD IT MY WHOLE LIFE’: NYT Dragged for Listing Common Omicron Symptoms

The New York Times was mocked on social media Wednesday for posting a list of potential Omicron symptoms; with some users pointing out the maladies are common for millions of Americans every single day.

“It’s still too early to know exactly how, or if, symptoms of Omicron differ from Delta, experts say. Here’s what we know so far: Symptoms of Omicron: scratchy or sore throat, nasal congestion, dry cough, muscle pain; especially in the lower back, headache, fever and other flulike symptoms,” posted the newspaper on Twitter.
