“Why is the American military shooting something out of the sky over Canada?” asked MSNBC News.
“It’s part of NORAD. There’s a uh, part of uh, it’s a uh, it’s what you would call a coalition. We didn’t do it on our own. We did it in step with Canadia,” explained Jean-Pierre.
