Joe Biden’s Energy Secretary refused to offer any solutions to the nation’s brutally high gas prices this week; telling the public “this summer is going to be rough.”
“You know that Americans are in a full blown panic about what they’re seeing when they fill-up their gas tank. Are you in a position to offer any reassuring words?” asked CBS News.
“This summer is going to be rough. I’ll just be honest with you,” said Secretary Jennifer Granholm.
Her comments come as the national price for a gallon of gasoline rose above $5. It now costs nearly $100 to fill-up the average gas-tank of an American automobile.
