Footage surfaced on social media Thursday showing a visibly confused Joe Biden apparently asking to shake hands with his own Secret Service agent during an event in New Mexico.
The President was speaking with supporters when he called over the man who was wearing an earpiece and seemed unimpressed by the meeting.
