“Are we better off -on the right- with Kamala Harris as President or Joe Biden? Yes, she’s obviously a detestable human being. Look, if I have to have an opponent, I’d rather it be a half-functional adult like Joe Biden than a fully functional Kamala Harris,” said Kelly.
