By The FirstFlorida Governor Ron DeSantis spoke with Tucker Carlson this week on his decision to keep the Sunshine State open for business during the COVID-19 pandemic; saying he was not willing to engage in “Fauci-ism.”
“I think the fact that Florida wasn’t locked-down like other states, I think the lock-downs provided an impetus, people need an outlet to do things. Some of these states like Minnesota, California, that added fuel to the fire,” said DeSantis.
“We took a hard line on that. We’re not going to do ‘Fauci-ism,’” he added.
