By The FirstPresident Biden spoke at the Global Citizen Festival this week where he pledged to spend $11 billion in taxpayer money to help fight “climate change in poor countries.”
“Last month, I signed the biggest climate bill in history. The biggest ever… This is a whole new chapter for the planet. We have to do a lot more. I pledged $11 billion a year to help poor countries fight climate change,” explained the Commander-in-Chief.
