FROZEN JOE: Pentagon Won’t Shoot Down Chinese Spy Balloon Because of ‘Debris’

The Pentagon addressed the American people Friday after a Chinese Spy Balloon was found flying over the continental United States.

The military will not shoot down the craft because of potential “debris” and “property damage.”

“The balloon continues to move eastward and is currently over the center of the continental United States. Again, we currently assess that the balloon does not present a military or physical threat to people on the ground at this time,” said a spokesperson for the Department of Defense.

“It’ll probably be over the United States for a few days,” he added.
