An old video resurfaced on social media Tuesday, showing then-candidate Biden discussing how he plans to “mobilize” the country and allies to handle the planet’s growing crises.
“I’ll lead an effective strategy to mobilize Trunalimunumaprzure,” Biden told the crowd in October 2020.
