By The FirstEnergy Secretary Granholm echoed similar comments made by Joe Biden Thursday night when she claimed American families can save $50 on a tank of gas by purchasing $60,000 electric vehicles.
“People can buy electric vehicles and don’t have to ever worry about going to fill it up at the gas pump,” said the top Biden Cabinet Member.
“If you plug in a vehicle, you’ll be saving $50 bucks! Those are huge savings for real people,” she added.
“Nothing explains government better than the notion of spending $55,000 to save $80,” posted one user on social media.
