By The FirstChicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot confused countless residents across the Windy City this week when she unveiled her new rules to slow the spread of COVID; saying people going into coffee shops to buy a beverage don’t have to show a vaccine passport, but those eating items like muffins must provide their documents.
“If you’re going into that coffee shop to pick-up and go, you don’t need to show proof. But if you’re gonna linger, you’re gonna eat that muffin, you’re gonna sit down with your laptop, you gotta show proof of vaccination,” said the Mayor.
