While taking questions on his 2023 budget plan, Biden discussed tax rates —specifically how firefighters and teachers pay more than billionaires. Then he did that creepy whisper.
“A firefighter and a teacher pay more than double the tax rate that a billionaire pays, Biden said. Then he leaned into the microphone and whispered “that’s not right.”
