BRAWL FOR THE WALL: Supreme Court Hands Trump a Win on $3.6 Billion Wall Fund

On his first day in office, President Joe Biden put a stop to all taxpayer money going towards wall construction at the southern border. But the Supreme Court just issued a ruling that may force the Biden administration to send the previously-withheld $3.6 billion to the border.

“The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday advised a lower court to reconsider earlier decisions that blocked an estimated $3.6 billion from being used for construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall championed by former President Donald Trump,” Newsweek reports.

The case has been returned to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. The Supreme Court has ordered the District Court to, “vacate its judgments.”

“The District Court should consider what further proceedings are necessary and appropriate in light of the changed circumstances in this case,” the Supreme Court added.

Former President Donald Trump allocated billions of dollars in military spending to the border wall project, and now it’s looking more likely that the money will find its way south.
