President Biden continued to baffle millions of Americans Wednesday afternoon when he bizarrely asked DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas if he’s “running” when asked about the political future of Senator Mitch McConnell.

“Do you think he should run for re-election?” asked one reporter after video surfaced showing McConnell freezing in the middle of a speaking event.

“Are you running?” Biden turned and asked his DHS Secretary.
