BIDEN BUSTED! Old Joe Caught Using Cheat Sheets, Was Given Pre-Written Questions IN ADVANCE

Joe Biden was caught red-handed Wednesday using cheat sheets during his press conference alongside the leader of South Korea. One card had an image of a reporter from the Los Angeles Times and a pre-written transcript of her question about China.

The President has used note cards at other major events in the past, including his infrequent press conferences with the American media.
