By The FirstClimate Czar John Kerry spoke with reporters in Switzerland while attending the World Economic Forum this week, insisting the Communist regime in China has “agreed” to fight climate change.
“China is moving. China has agreed to put out this year a ambitious national action plan on methane. China is already moving to try to switch and move away from some of its coal, reduce the intensity. They’ve made some steps,” claimed Kerry.
