President Biden baffled the White House Press Pool at the Executive Mansion Monday; wishing reporters a ‘Happy Valentine’s Day’ when asked about an impending Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“Mister President, is the risk of a Russian invasion higher than ever?” pressed one journalist.

“Happy Valentine’s Day!” responded the Commander-in-Chief.
