It climbed the hip hop charts. It was a hit in Italy. Now, it looks like the sky’s the limit for the Let’s Go Branon chant.
According to Fox News, “a massive ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ banner was flown over a Georgia Bulldogs and Missouri Tigers college football game, social media posts show.”
“Video of the game shows the “Let’s Go Brandon” banner being pulled by a plane flying over the SEC matchup on Saturday.”
While ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ continues to be the anti-Biden chant of choice, NASCAR, where the popular meme chant got its start, is now denouncing the chant and any visual representation of the saying at their events.
“We will pursue whoever (is using logos) and get that stuff,” Steve Phelps, NASCAR’s president said. “That’s not OK. It’s not OK that you’re using our trademarks illegally, regardless of whether we agree with what the position is.”
