President Biden toured Hurricane Ian damage in southwest Florida this week where he launched into a bizarre rant about telephone polls.

“The world is changing! We have to change the way… For example, the woman who heads up this whole area for me, she showed me this picture of a telephone poll… Liz? Where’s Liz? Liz? Liz? Anyway… Liz showed me this picture of a telephone poll… Where was that telephone poll?” asked Biden.
