Chadwick Moore penned the clever-titled book, “So You’ve Been Sent To Diversity Training” that talks all about DEI policies in the workforce and its hazardous results. While diversity training has been around for several decades, only recently did it become a vessel to force down a set ideology that is marxist and socialist in nature. Since this recent push, more DEI positions have propped up within government and in businesses as almost a badge of honor to show they’re modern and up-to-date on this manufactured industry of equity and inclusion.
