By The FirstA Rutgers University professor is facing criticism today after going on a racist rant in which she claimed white people are “committed to being villains.” Associate Professor Brittney Cooper, who is a member of Rutgers University’s Department of Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, initially made the comments back in 2021 in a video entitled “Unpacking the Attacks on Critical Race Theory” for the news website TheRoot.com.
“Whiteness is going to have an end date,” Cooper proclaims in the video. “We gotta take these muthafuckers out.”
Cooper goes on to say that white people “kind of deserve” to have a low birth rate. “White people’s birth rates are going down…because they literally cannot afford to put their children, newer generations, into the middle class,” Cooper says. “It’s super perverse, and also they kind of deserve it.”
In addition to Cooper’s vicious racism, the professor makes false historical claims, including the idea that African arrived in North America before Europeans.
