Joe Biden continued to baffle millions of Americans Monday when issued a series of bizarre statements standing alongside a turkey.

“How many turkeys you got down there? Nine and a half million Turkeys… I’ll tell you what… That’s like some of the countries I’ve been to… And the… Uh, anyway…  Do you want to talk?” Biden asked the turkey.
