NY TIMES EDITOR: Covid Masking an ‘Act of Solidarity with Native and Black Communities’

New York Times Editorial Board Member Mara Gay baffled millions of Americans Thursday morning when she declared the act of covid masking is now a message of “respect and solidarity with Native and Black communities.”

“Masking remains an act of solidarity & respect for vulnerable people, that includes people w/ disabilities, w/ chronic conditions like asthma, as well as for hard-hit communities like native & black communities especially, Hispanic communities,” explained Gay on MSNBC.
