KING TONY? Fauci Says It’s ‘Bad Precedent’ for Courts to Rule on Mask Mandates

Dr. Anthony Fauci raised the eyebrows of millions of Americans over the weekend when he told Fox News it’s a “bad precedent” for the judicial branch to rule on mask mandate and other COVID-19 mitigation efforts.

“This is a public health decision. I think it’s a bad precedent when decisions about public health issues are made by judges that don’t have expertise with public health,” said Fauci.

“This should remain a CDC decision,” he added.
