EMBARRASSING: Biden Judicial Nominee Can’t Answer Basic Questions About the Constitution

During her recent confirmation hearing, Judge Charnelle Bjelkengren, President Biden’s nominee to serve as a United States district judge, was positively stumped by several basic questions about the United States Constitution. The questions, which were posed by Louisiana Senator John Kennedy, instructed the nominee to identify Articles 5 and 2 of the constitution do.

Watch the moment below:

“Tell me what Article 5 of the constitution does,” Senator Kennedy asked Judge Bjelkengren.

“Article 5 is not coming to mind at the moment,” Bjelkengren responded.

“Okay, how about Article 2?” fired back.

“Neither is Article 2,” Bjelkengren answered.

Article 5 of the constitution deals with amending the constitution while Article 2 outlines the role and powers of the executive branch of government.
