BURGER TIME: DeSantis Aims to Bring In-N-Out to Florida After San Fran Closes Locations to Vax Mandates

There’s a reason Democrats know they can’t beat this man.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is trying to do the impossible: bring In-N-Out Burger to the east coast; DeSantis held a call with the burger chain’s president this week.

“The call between DeSantis and [President] Lynsi Snyder-Ellingson on Monday comes after the city of San Francisco temporarily closed an In-N-Out restaurant in mid-October over the company’s refusal to force customers to prove they are vaccinated against the coronavirus to gain entry,” Fox News reports.

“Our store properly and clearly posted signage to communicate local vaccination requirements,” In-N-Out Burger’s Chief Legal and Business Officer, Arnie Wensinger told Fox News. “After closing our restaurant, local regulators informed us that our restaurant Associates must actively intervene by demanding proof of vaccination and photo identification from every Customer, then act as enforcement personnel by barring entry for any Customers without the proper documentation.”

“We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government,” Wensinger added.
