By The FirstThe United States Supreme Court struck-down Colorado’s plan to boot Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot Monday.
The Colorado Supreme Court decided last December that the former president was disqualified from holding future office because he incited an insurrection against the federal government on January 6th, 2021.
Trump has also been banned from the ballot in Illinois and Maine.
