BREAKING: GOP Presidential Candidate Hospitalized After Injury, Debate Participation Uncertain

North Dakota Governor and GOP presidential hopeful, Doug Burgum, 67, was rushed to a Milwaukee emergency room after sustaining an injury during a friendly game of pick-up basketball with his staff on Tuesday.

The two-term governor and former software executive is currently running a long-shot campaign in the GOP primary. He was scheduled to be on stage at Wednesday’s much-anticipated GOP primary debate in Milwaukee but his participation now uncertain, according to members of his staff.

The nation will be watching as the debate airs on Fox News at 9 p.m. ET.
